SPIRAL-SLICED SMOKED BREAST

You could be enjoying a “one of a kind” delicacy…a spiral-sliced smoked turkey breast from Bowman & Landes. Why is it so special? Because we slow cook it for 10 – 12 hours in an old-fashioned smokehouse with our select blend of hardwood chips to achieve this succulent flavor that you will fall in love with. We offer it to you glazed or unglazed, according to your preference.

The spiral-sliced turkey breast enclosed is fully cooked and may be served hot or cold. It can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven. Before serving, make a horizontal cut at the base of the breast, on each side of the bone. This will release the spiral slices for easier serving. Expect two or three servings per pound.
