Products

  • How long can I keep your product in my refrigerator?
    • Most deli & raw items are good for 3-4 days fresh. We recommend you freezer product stored longer than 3-4 days.
  • Do I need to cook products that are purchased cooked?
    • Cooked products need to be heated to the desired eating temperature.
  • Can your product be frozen?
    • Yes all our products can be frozen.
  • Is nutritional information available for your turkey products?
    • Yes, it is available on each product page.

Curbside/Pickup Orders

  • When can I pick up my order?
    • You must choose a pickup time at checkout. We are unable to rush pickup orders.
  • How do I pick up my order?
    • If you select curbside, call us when you arrive and we will deliver your order to your car.
    • If you select pickup, your order will be available in the store at checkout.
  • Do I pay for my order online?
    • If you select curbside, we charge your card the full amount at checkout so we are able to deliver the order to your car quickly when you arrive.
    • If you select pickup, you will pay for your order in the store at the checkout counter.
  • Can my order be canceled?
    • If you phone or email us IMMEDIATLY after placing your order, we’ll make every effort to amend or cancel your order. However, we cannot change or cancel an order that’s already been processed.
  • What credit cards do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
  • Do you keep my card on file?
    • We currently do not save your credit card account information. If you choose to create and account and save the information for express checkout then your card will be saved with a third party credit card processor. This maintains the highest level of security for your information.
  • What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
    • We ship order Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday each week. We will ship your order based on what date you select when ordering.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes, you will receive an email once your order is processed with a tracking number.
  • Do you ship products overseas?
    • No, since our items are perishable we are restricted based on transportation times.
  • How will my order ship?
    • All perishable items will ship in an insulated carton. Depending on what you order, we may include additional items to help maintain product temperature.
  • Do you ship product to Canada?
    • No, We currently only ship to the continental USA.
  • How do I dispose of gel packs?
    • Gel packs consist of salt, water & glucose. To dispose of these please cut the packages open and pour down a drain, then recycle the plastic outer package.
  • What shipping carrier do you use?
    • We currently only use FedEx.
