Bowman and Landes Turkey Bacon is vacuum sealed in 10 oz retail packages. Each slice is approximately 1 ounce each and there are 10 slices per package. The turkey used was raised with no antibiotics ever. The turkey bacon is packaged in recyclable carboard packaging.

For maximum flavor and crispness, we recommend cooking the bacon to 160 degrees F. with a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan or oven.
