Turkey Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. tri-colored pasta
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 t. pepper
  • 2 1/2 lbs. turkey, diced
  • 6 T. pimiento, chopped
  • 8 oz. margarine
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 qt. skim milk, heated
  • 2 lb. swiss cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt margarine and stir in flour and seasoning.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Cook 10 minutes at medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
  6. Fold 1 1/2 lb. cheese, pimiento, pasta and turkey into sauce.
  7. Pour mixture into 12″ x 20″ pan.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake 30 minutes at 350 Deg. until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
